Roasted Peach

I had two peaches laying around the other day, what better ways to make a dessert out of them?

It doesn’t get simpler than this- peaches, honey, lemon juice. Top it with ice cream, of course, always.


2 peaches, sliced

2 tbs lemon juice

honey to drizzle


Heat the oven into 450 degrees. Place peaches on a baking sheet, drizzle with lemon juice, then honey. Bake for 20 minutes.

Serve with ice cream, I used vanilla, but you are free to use anything you like.

That’s it, people. Fast, easy, (semi)healthy, fun, summery.
