Garlic and Parmesan Baked Flounder

22 Aug

And I am doing it again, presenting another fast, easy, yet yummy meal.

Oh, this is low-carb too, for those of us watching our figures.

This is a nicely baked garlic-y flounder with a thin crust of parmesan. Sounds delicious, right?

*This recipe serves one.

1 flounder fillet

1 clove garlic, crushed

2 tbs olive oil

1 ts all-purpose/everyday seasoning

dash of salt

1 ts pepper

3 tbs ground parmesan

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Lay the fillet on foil

drizzle olive oil and rub all over fillet. The oil will serve as glue for the rest of the seasonings.

Combine crushed garlic, salt, pepper, all purpose/everyday seasoning, and parmesan in a bowl.

Place fillet in the oven for 20 minutes, and BAM…

serve with a nice bowl of greens and you have yourself a lovely healthy low-carb meal!
