Mushroomy Mushroom Ravioli

4 Sep

Oh boy, You know I love mushrooms, as I post mushroom recipes all the time. Well, I guess we’ll just add another one to the list. This recipe is easy, cheap, and fast. You can also replace the mushroom ravioli with any ravioli that you like, or even just plain pasta would work!

1 package of ravioli of your choice

1 cup sliced baby bella mushrooms

1 tbs butter

3 tbs olive oil

1 tbs minced garlic

Drizzle of truffle oil

ravioli of my choice

secret ingredient

On medium-high heat, melt butter and add olive oil.

add in minced garlic and let it sit for about a minute, until fragrant.

Add in mushroom and stir for two minutes. Drizzle truffle oil and stir.

cover pan with aluminum foil and let the mushroom soften for about 5 minutes.

In the meanwhile, cook ravioli according to the directions given on package.

this is what the sauce looks like when you uncover the foil.

spoon in ravioli and mix in sauce.

plate it nicely and sprinkle with grated parmesan.

That’s it! About 15 minutes of work and you get a lovely meal!
